About Linda
I am a certified empathic evidential medium. An empath is highly sensitive to other people’s feelings and emotions, and is highly intuitive (gut intuition). I have trained and completed a spiritual development program with my wonderful mentor, Shirley Ryan, PhD, and completed hundreds of hours of readings with spirit. I have been able to “see” spirits my entire life, it's as natural as breathing, but only realized what I was seeing several years ago. Because of this innate ability, it’s very natural for me to see multiple spirits at every point of my day.

"Your loved ones come to me before you ever do to say hello.
They are excited to communicate with you."
My Story
I was fortunate to grow up in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Vancouver BC, Canada. When I was just 8 years old, I knew I wanted to be a marine biologist and study whales. I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from SFU. It was there I met my amazing husband, who is a marine behavioral ecologist. We both love sharks and have appeared in shark week. We currently live in Florida and are raising 3 kids and a golden retriever.

When I discovered I was seeing and communicating with spirits, I was scared at first, but also deeply curious. My logically trained brain wanted to understand what I was experiencing. Though my 36 week spiritual development course, my mentor helped open the door to a world that would completely change mine in unimaginable and extraordinary ways. We didn't know what I would do once I was finished my classes, but I was already doing readings before I ever took the mediumship part.

I recall one moment with my mentor when she said to me, "they will never hurt you and you are not going crazy". Mediumship is a natural yet unique way of life for me - navigating between the realms, spirits who visit me in the bathroom (that happens all the time!) or when I lay down for the night or standing beside my bed first thing in the morning because you have a reading today. This chose me - I didn't choose it. Stepping into this role has made my life more fulfilled and full of love than I ever could have imagined. Now that I've stepped into it, the best word I can use to describe my work - is "magic".

I absolutely love being a medium and sharing the love between you and your loved ones in spirit. I work very hard to try and get lots of personal details for you. I also love to feel the way they feel about you. Your loved ones usually hug and kiss you, and sit and hold your hand. I feel so incredibly blessed and grateful to have this role and share this magical space - the space between - with you!!

The space between your thoughts is the window to the cosmic mind.

About Grief and Trauma
When I was 25, I lost my Dad to skin cancer. I had just graduated university and was beginning my adult life. When the doctor told us we only had a few weeks left, l felt like I was falling through a black hole. I watched my once strong Dad battle a horrible disease and lose over 100 pounds. My grief only intensified once he passed and I watched my Mom and sister struggle. I was stuck in an ocean of sadness and felt as if the waves would drown me. Eventually the intensity of the waves decreased, and with the help of counseling, I was able to keep my head above the water.

Because of my personal loss, I am comfortable with grief, and feel this part of my journey has only enhanced my abilities as a medium and working with trauma. I have personally seen seen how connecting with loved ones through love and mediumship can positively help one's grief (in addition to traditional counseling). Mediumship is grief counseling at a high level. Your loved ones know what you need to hear to help you; think of them literally as your biggest cheerleader!
I work with many other parents who have lost children to gun violence and other causes. I am committed to working with anyone, no matter how deep one's grief is. Part of my training has been with many of the Parkland families affected by the MSD High School shooting in 2018. I continue to volunteer with them today and am currently writing a book about Joaquin Oliver’s communication through me to his Mom and girlfriend (coming soon - stay tuned).
