About Grief and Trauma

When I was 25, I lost my Dad to skin cancer. I had just graduated university and was beginning my adult life. When the doctor told us we only had a few weeks left, l felt like I was falling through a black hole. I watched my once strong Dad battle a horrible disease and lose over 100 pounds. My grief only intensified once he passed and I watched my Mom and sister struggle. I was stuck in an ocean of sadness and felt as if the waves would drown me. Eventually the intensity of the waves decreased, and with the help of counseling, I was able to keep my head above the water.

Because of my personal loss, I am comfortable with grief, and feel this part of my journey has only enhanced my abilities as a medium and working with trauma. I have personally seen seen how connecting with loved ones through love and mediumship can positively help one's grief (in addition to traditional counseling). Mediumship is grief counseling at a high level. Your loved ones know what you need to hear to help you; think of them literally as your biggest cheerleader!

I work with many other parents who have lost children to gun violence and other causes. I am committed to working with anyone, no matter how deep one's grief is. Part of my training has been with many of the Parkland families affected by the MSD High School shooting in 2018. I continue to volunteer with them today and am currently writing a book about Joaquin Oliver’s communication through me to his Mom and girlfriend (coming soon - stay tuned).

How does it work?

It is love.

The afterlife is a place of pure love. Loved ones show love and validation no matter what happened in their life, or how they passed.

Connecting to the light and love of the universe, accompanied by guides and angels, creates a sacred space for a reading.

Love is the bridge between you and everything.

HONORING JOAQUIN OLIVER

On February 14, 2018, a gunman opened fire on students and staff at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, killing 17 people and injuring 17 others.  Joaquin "Guac" Oliver was one of those tragically taken, yet he continues to communicate with his family in spirit. His signature electric personality, with epic love, and even dancing, flows into the space, with a smile that lights up the whole world, like liquid sunshine.

In addition to volunteering with many parents from the Parkland incident, an incredible bond has formed with Linda and Joaquin's mother, Patricia Oliver and his girlfriend, Tori.  A book is currently in the works to share the communication from Joaquin about what happens between this world and the afterlife - check out this blog post.

Joaquin was a natural born activist and his parents are using his voice to change gun laws through the non-profit Change The Ref, which Linda is involved with (Joaquin's mother and Linda pictured - right).

Kind words from Patricia:

"Linda is more than a medium to me. She was gifted with a sixth sense that lets her feel, see, and translate messages she receives from my dearest son Joaquin. Since the day we met, she had shown me that I can be in touch with Joaquin the way I used to, by hearing directly from him like when he was with us on this plane. Linda has the power to send me Joaquin’s thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I lost Joaquin in the Parkland shooting on February 14th, 2018. Ever since then, I have been lucky to be able to connect with Joaquin from heaven through Linda."
